What to Expect

We worship every Sunday morning at 8:00 and 10:30 am.

LCHS offers liturgical based worship with a blend of sacred and modern types of music led by worship leaders with piano, organ, guitar, bass guitar and keyboard each week.  We have Communion every Sunday and all are welcome to the table!

Children have a central place in worship. Although a nursery is available, we love kids and encourage them to take part in the service. Children are invited to reflect on the readings with the pastor during a special children's time. They are also invited to help with "noisy offering" and serving communion.

Options for Parents

LCHS offers Sunday morning nursery care for younger children.   This opportunity does not intend to take kids out of worship, but it seeks to help families with young children feel welcomed and better able to focus when their child gets “antsy.”

Our vendor, College Sitters Specialty Services, provides background checks and ensure that the nursery staff is CPR and First Aid certified.  Best practices will be in place to ensure safe care for the young people who spend time in the nursery!

If you have young children but have hesitated to attend church, now is the time to try!

If your children are past the “ansty” stage, please support this new offering by praying for and inviting families with young children to participate.
