Who We Are

Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit is a member of the Lutheran Church ELCA.  The ELCA is one of the largest Christian denominations in the US with more than 3.7 million members in more than 9,300 congregations across the 50 states and in the Caribbean region - known as the church of, "God's Work - Our Hands."  At LCHS, we are a community that welcomes all people in worship and service. Led by the Holy Spirit, we strive to love God, live God's word and care for all people.

Love God

Worship

Worship is one of the most important things we do as the people of God.  It’s during worship that we remember “who” we are and “whose” we are (God’s children!).  We make room for God to work in our lives!  Join us Sundays at 8:00 or 10:30 am!

Live God's Word

Faith Formation

As in worship, throughout our lives and our faith journeys we never stop learning, questioning and wondering.

We have a number of open small groups, study groups and service opportunities that prompt us to encourage and build each other up as we grow, wonder and doubt in our faith.  We also offer learning for all ages between worship services on Sundays.

Care for All People

Service

Our work, as people of faith, is to serve and love our neighbor:                                          “What does the Lord require of you but to do justice, love kindness and walk humbly with your God.”
